Greenlight will popup on the west side of the light activation. The westernmost side of their vehicle will be lined up with the westernmost side of the light activation pole. The Airstream’s north side will be parked as close as possible to the NW light activation pole.

They’ll be open Thurs - Sun 11/24 - 27, 12/1 - 4, 12/8 - 10. They will be set up by 11am 11/24 which is their load-in date.

Refer to event image for sponsor elements. Contract outlines:
3 long weekends with the inclusion of the Airstream and a few extra pieces - GL letters and picnic table (if both fit properly and they must allow room for a sponsor to pop-up directly to their south [if room between them and vendor booths])

The airstream will stay on site from the 24th through the 10th and only be activated on the days listed above

The days the airstream is not activated flyers or other giveaways will be left out on the table.
